Budgitify Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and LzCtrl LLC (“LzCtrl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the Budgitify mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”). By using Budgitify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Budgitify. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

Account registration uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Budgitify:

For any unlawful purpose
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
To interfere with the operation or security of the Services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property in Budgitify are owned by or licensed to LzCtrl LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

LzCtrl may suspend or terminate your access to Budgitify at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting info@lzctrl.com.

6. Disclaimers

Budgitify is a personal finance and budgeting tool. It is not intended to provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LzCtrl LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Budgitify.

8. Changes to Terms

LzCtrl LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
